I love the education work you are doing to educate the young people.
I have found it very interesting that the humble oyster being so important in marine ecology does not seem to get any coverage here in Australia. I am involved with OzFish Central Moreton in collecting oyster shells from shuckers and restaurants , leaving them in heaps in the sun for 6 months then cleaning them, placing them into robust oyster baskets then deploying the baskets into the sea.. Please note I have a copy of ” Olly the Oyster Cleans the Bay ” and have today ordered the other two Olly books
